In FM20 we tried to build our own great tactics that can be used by many clubs but within that process, we found some other FM2020 tactics, so we tested them.

Great Beta Football Manager 2020 Tactic – 4123 Sirjur

We have tested some really good Football Manager 2020 tactics (Beta Version) and found one that works really fantastic at the moment. The name of the first great FM 20 tactic is 4123 Sirjur. We can say that this tactic is for sure one of the best until now.

We do not recommend this FM20 tactic for underdogs but with the top teams, this tactic makes wonders. Your three pressing forwards will make big pressure on the opponent when they have possession. At the same time, they will act as advanced forwards when your team has the ball.

So it would be really nice to have 3 fast strikers with a lot of stamina.

In the middle, your team will play with two CM-s. Those two CM-s are two Mezzalas, so some passing, stamina, and vision are required for these players.

DLP is someone who is going to start most of your actions so find the most creative player for this position.

Complete Wing-Backs are the most important part of this tactic. If you have weak players for these two positions than you can’t expect too much from this tactic.

It would be very nice to have two creative central defenders with nice passing as they are involved in starting your actions. This Sirjur`s Football Manager 2020 tactic achieved the best results on our tests and we can safely say that this is so far the best Beta Football Manager 2020 tactic.

Knap’s Sympathy 4-2-2-2 – FM20 Version patch 20.1.4.

When we hear the name “Knap”, then we are sure that some amazing FM20 tactics are there.

Knap is simply the best FM tactician in the world and his tactics are brilliant. So, this is probably the best Football Manager 2020 tactic `till this moment. This FM 2020 tactic is recommended for strong and weak teams too.

Testing results show that the only problem is when you play against opponents with extremely fast strikers. Then your team will suffer a bit. But don`t worry, they have to be really, really fast, and that isn`t something you will see every day (in every match).

The tactic is in formation 4-2-2-2 and it would be nice to have one striker with great speed (pace and acceleration) and nice finishing for the position of AF. The other striker PF should have some nice mental attributes, strength, and passing.

Inverted Wingers are very important players for this tactic. They will cut inside leaving space for attacking CWB-s, and in many situations, they will be present in the opponent’s box.

In the middle, we have two Segundo Volantes. So, for these positions the most important is to have players with great stamina, passing tackling, and work rate.

If you use this FM tactic then you really need fast central defenders as this is another tactic with a very high defensive line.

It would be really great to have defenders with good passing skills as they are involved in creating actions as Ball Playing Defenders do.

Anyway, this tactic is still not unbeatable, but after all the testing we can say that is one of the best.

Wulf Knap`s 4231 Tactic – Football Manager 20.1.4.

OOoooOO Knap is on fire! That`s something all of us can sing every time Knap makes an FM tactic like this.

This tactical magician made another great FM20 tactic, but this time in formation 4-2-3-1.

We tested it with many clubs with different club visions, and in different leagues and we can say that it deserves to be on this list.

This tactic is different from the others.

You will have 4 players in defense with uncommon duties. 2 WBs with attack duties, and 2 CBs as Ball Playing Defenders. The first two will run forward often to make low crosses that will cause many problems to your opponent. The BPDs will pass into space, sometimes long balls so your forwards will always be active even if the tempo is set to slightly lower.

This is why you can expect “total soccer“.

All the players from the defense will contribute the attackers, but also you will see your midfielders help your defense by making pressure on the opponent`s attackers.

With this attacking tactic, you will score a lot of goals. It is very important to have good Inverted Forwards, but also your PF should be a goal-getter. You will see a lot of goals after your PF and your Wingers attack their defenders and steal the ball from them.

Those two IFs will cut inside and make space for your Wingbacks, your AM is with attacking duty, and he is always going be there to try the through passes or to shoot and score a goal.

DLP and BBM are with a support duty, so they will also contribute you to play real “total soccer” here. DLP should be a creative player (with a vision) and a good passing, and your BBM should be a player with a good pace and tackling, as he is going to cut down the opponents and to cover the empty area behind.

Our tip for this FM20 tactic – try to get fast players! With fast players, you will see a lot of counters that will result in a goal, and a beautiful, modern football.

We assure you it is a great Football Manager 2020 tactic!

Danwolf`s 442 Shaolin Hot-Wings – 20.2.3

So far we didn`t have any tactic by Danwolf on FMBrotherhood, but this one deserved to be on this list. It is surely one of the most amazing FM20 tactics and when we tested it on FM 20.2.3 we won a lot of matches.

442 Shaolin Hot-Wings FM20 tactic is suitable for clubs whose main goal is to win the title. With this tactic you will play modern, fast-flowing attacking football.

The only players that won`t contribute the attack are going to be your CDs and Goalkeeper (Sweeper Keeper). So, yes, you will play total soccer like with the previous Knap`s tactic.

By those two CD`s you will have two Wingbacks with attacking duty, so they will be very helpful in those quick transitions from defense to attack, that you will see a lot.

This tactic is a bit different from classic 4-4-2 tactics because midfield doesn`t have 2 CMs. You will have 2 Segundo Volantes instead, both with a Support duty.

Wingers are also with attack duty. They will go forward and endanger the opponent`s defense and in the middle, there are two PFs with a Support duty to score goals or pass them into space so they could score.

We saw many situations where wingers scored goals, but sometimes those two Volantes were shooting from the distance with great success.

If we would have to name this tactic with only one word it would be – fireworks.

If you choose to use this Football Manager 2020 tactic, the title will be yours.

Mafia 4-2-4 Byh Football Manager 2020 tactic – 20.2.4

This one is really amazing Football Manager 2020 tactic in a very attacking formation 4-2-4  made by Byh.

We have tested this FM20 Tactic with a big number of teams and results are more than good.

For some top teams, we can say that this is an Invincible tactic because this tactic worked perfectly.

With underdogs you won’t win every game but still can expect some nice results.

In attack, there are two AF-s and they should be very fast with nice dribbling and finishing.

Wingers are very important, and except the speed, they should have good crossing and dribbling too.

CM and BBM will have the task to protect defense and to build actions from behind so find some players with passing and good defensive attributes.

The defensive line is not high (hehe) and this will allow you to play with a bit slower CB-s.

Anyway, the tactic is for sure one of the best FM 2020 tactics for the latest patch 20.2.4.

NEW Invincible FM20 Tactic – Kasio`s 4-2-3-1 Camouflage – 20.4.0

If there is an invincible tactic for version 20.4.0 of Football Manager 2020, then we can say that Kasio’s tactic in formation 4-2-3-1 is that FM20 tactic.

It`s been a while since we updated this list. The reason for that is because we have tested many FM 20 tactics, but we couldn`t find a tactic that is good enough for this list.

But, after many “opened shells” we have found a diamond – Kasio`s amazing 4231 FM20 tactic!

This tactic is used with many teams and with a lot of them we have finished the season as unbeaten.

Kasio`s tactic is for those who like shorter passing and higher tempo. With this tactic you can expect interesting football, and at the same time football that brings great results.

The most important players for this tactic are AF and Wingers, so try to find some great players for these roles.

Anyway, enjoy playing the best game in the world Football Manager 2020, and don`t wait to try this new unbeatable FM20 tactic!

Best Underdog FM20 Tactic – Diablo 4-2-4 – 20.3

Superb underdog tactic, suitable for almost any team in Football Manager 2020.

This FM20 tactic is in very offensive formation 4-2-4, and we didn’t expect that we will have such great results with really poor teams.

We have tested this tactic with Verona in Italian Seria A, Proleter in Serbian Superleague, and Norwich in English Premier League. The results with all those clubs were fantastic!

This tactic is using high tempo and direct passing, and we think that this is the main reason why it works with underdogs.

You just need to buy two quality Advanced Forwards with high speed and nice finishing, and then you can expect this tactic to make wonders.

With this FM 2020 4-4-2 tactic, your team is going to score many goals.

Cerber V4 by TFF – FM20 Tactic

If you don`t want to use standard shaped formation you are at the right place mate.

This tactic is in crazy formation, and if you are managing a high-quality team, this tactic is made for you.

We have tested this Cerber V4 FM20 tactic with many teams. The results of our tests showed us that this tactic is built for good or top-quality teams, and it isn`t suitable for underdogs. As we already said this TFF`s tactic is perfect for top clubs.

The most important players by our opinion are DLP, both Wingers and Advanced Forward. Invest money in these positions, and don’t worry about the results.

Knap`s Kashmir FM20 Tactic – Ultra Attacking Tactic

There is nothing new in the FM world – Knap made another great tactic. We are so used to this that even he makes something great, we aren`t so much impressed. It seems that Knap spoiled all the Football Manager fans.

But this tactic is something special. His new FM20 tactic named “Kashmir” is a masterpiece.

If you decide to use this tactic with underdogs then try to find two great CWB-s, and we assure you, you will have more than good results.

In addition, you should have great strikers as reserves, because this tactic really demands that.

Kashmir is an ultra attacking Football Manager tactic, and in most of the games, you can expect many goals.

None tactic in Football Manager is perfect, and for every tactic, the most important thing is to have suitable players. The same thing is for this Knap’s  FM20 Tactic.

NikFM`s 352 Fm19 Tactic

This is surely one of the greatest Football Manager 2019 tactics in formation 3-5-2.

NikFM`s first FM19 3-5-2 Tactic is tested in Football Manager 2019. Last year in Football Manager 2018 almost all the best tactics were in formation with 3 central defenders and 3 strikers, but this year in FM19 that kind of tactic doesn’t work anymore.

If you decide to use this FN2019 tactic made by NIK FM you can expect some eye-catching football and we are sure that you will enjoy it.

The most important players for this tactic are Wing-Backs and Advanced Forward.

If you don’t have good Wing-Backs then don’t try this tactic. They must have a nice crossing, stamina, speed, and dribbling, and if you have money in your transfer budget then spend it on Wing-backs.

Advanced Forward is also a key player for this FM tactic and he must be a player with a pice and a nice finishing.

A very important thing is to put the most creative CB in the middle as his role is BPD. In case that you don’t have creative CB with nice passing skills then change his role into a normal CD.

Your team is going to play a nice football with shorter passing and a slightly lower tempo. If you don’t have tall strikers with great jumping and heading then use low crosses instead of mixed.

This FM19 tactic is not perfect but for sure it is one of the best.

Invincible FM19 Tactic 4141 – patch 19.3.4

Is there an invincible FM tactic? – Of course, there isn`t, but this one is surely close to it.

The invincible tactic in formation 4-1-4-1 is probably the best FM19 tactic and it works great with any team. We have tested this tactic with Wolves in EPL and almost went unbeaten for the whole season.

Also, we have used this invincible tactic with Luton and also we had magnificent results. For this FM19 tactic, it is very important to have a great striker with nice defensive attributes, as he is going to make big pressure on opponent defenders. If you find a proper player, the opponent just won`t be able to handle him.

Wide Midfielders are also very important and they must be great dribblers with great crossing and speed. They will run on both flanks and supply your striker with useful crosses, and you can expect many goals that way.

We also have to mention that we didn`t have any problems in the defense with this FM2019 tactic. All the defenders and sweeper keeper are working together as the Swiss clock.

Anyway, this invincible FM2019 tactic is really worth trying and you can expect wonders if you decide to use it.

Guardiola Confidential FM19 Tactic – patch 19.3.4

This one is a very interesting FM19 tactic. Guardiola FM19 Confidential tactic has very weird formation and roles at first sight.

Maybe this FM19 tactic won’t suit every team, but you can expect some nice and really different kind of football.

If you want to try this tactic then you need many technicians in your team, players with some great passing skills.

Your team will try to focus play through the middle and with some fast short passes you will get to opponents box. It is very important to have great Ball Playing Defenders as they are going to start most of your actions.

This tactic is not the best, but if you want to try something different then it is worth trying. One thing is for sure, it is Guardiola tactic style, so it will be interesting to watch games with this one.

Knaps Tactic For Underdogs 4141 Poacher – patch 19.3.4

He surely reached the sky with his FM20 tactics, but this time we present you a great one, for Football Manager 2020.

This Knap`s tactic is in formation 4-1-4-1, and it is one of the most amazing FM19 tactics for weak teams, for underdogs.

We have tested this, maybe the best FM 2019 tactic with Fulham and Brighton and with both teams we had really fantastic results.

Also, we had some good results with stronger teams, so we strongly recommend this tactic for any team that you want to manage.

In attack, you really need a fast striker with some great finishing and composure. We can say that poacher is the most important player in this tactic, so spend all the money you have on a good one. It would be really nice to have two very creative defenders for the roles of BPD.

If you decide to use this brilliant Knaps tactic you can expect some nice football and of course a great results.

TFF – Conqueror 4-4-2 – Patch 19.3.

This TFF’s FM19 tactic is probably the greatest Football Manager tactic after the latest patch 19.3. We have tested this tactic with many teams and this FM19 tactic was almost invincible.

Your team is going to play attacking football with a really high pressing, and you can expect many goals in the opponent’s net.

For this FM19 tactic, you need two very fast strikers and wingers. In the middle TFF is using two Box to Box midfielders and they must be hard workers and team players. If you don’t have creative defenders then change roles of your BPD-s to a normal CD.

We all know that TFF is one of the best tacticians but this football manager 2019 tactic is a real masterpiece.

TFF STORMCALLER V14 FM19 Tactic

First tested and a great tactic for fm19 is here – Stormcaller v14. Made by one of the best football manager tacticians – TFF. We have tested this tactic with many clubs and the results were really great.

If you like to play with underdogs then you can expect to have some incredible wins. Wins vs much stronger teams with this tactic. That is why we choose this tactic as one of the best FM19 tactics we tested so far.

You will play with the high defensive line and 2 BPD so it would be nice to have some creative and fast Central Defenders. Full Backs should be fast and team players with some nice tackling and marking.

In the middle, you must have two players who should be able to protect defense and at the same time to organize your attacks.

Key players are in positions of Segundo Volante and Advanced Forward. So go to the transfer market and find some classy players for these two positions.

Beowulf 4231 Knap`s FM19 Tactic

This is really one of the best Knaps tactics in Football Manager 2019. We have tested this tactic with many teams and results were absolutely amazing.

Knap once again proved his quality. We have already spoken a lot about his genius before, and his tactics in FM18.

Beowulf 4231 is an attacking tactic. Of course, in formation 4-2-3-1. If you want to use this FM19 tactic you really need great Wing-Backs and very fast Advanced Forward. By our opinion that is the most important if you want to use this fantastic Knaps tactic.

Inside Forwards are cutting inside and leaving the space for attacking wing backs, AM is attacking duty so he also joins the opponent`s box.

Two DM-s are on support duty and they are the main link between your defense and attack. So, it would be nice if you find some creative players for these two positions.

You will need some technically good defenders with a nice passing for your pair of BPD.

NikFM Unbeatable FM19 Tactic

Knap’s 3-4-3 Press

Another fantastic tactic made by Knap and this time in formation 3-4-3.

We have tested this tactic with top clubs and results were really awesome. But, with underdogs, this tactic didn’t have the same success.

If you like interesting football with many goals then this great FM19 tactic is for you. A very important thing for this tactic is to have 3 very fast strikers and 2 great wingbacks. Wingbacks should have some nice crossing, speed, and stamina.

You are going to have only 2 CM-s. This is why they must be able to protect defense and at the same time to create some chances for your strikers. So for these 2 positions, you need players who can play in both directions.

Your team will play attacking football with direct passing and high pressing. As we said, this tactic is almost invincible with top clubs.

Soxiant 433 Tactic

Soxiant 4-3-3 tactic is for sure one of the best tactics for football manager 2019. The best thing about this tactic is that works great even with underdogs.

You need some great Pressing Forward, and this is why it is very important to have a suitable player for this role. Also, he will be your top goal scorer for sure.

This tactic is with a positive mentality, short passing, and extremely high tempo. That`s why you can expect an attractive, fast and beautiful football.

Wing Backs and Inside Forwards play a very important part and you will need some quality players for these positions.

Throw-ins and free kicks are amazing and your team will score many goals from set pieces.
